Angel,
Does it ever get above 21 Celsius? What temp are you trying to get it up to?
Are the bulbs showing anything (are they turning red at all)?......I agree that it's strange that it won't heat up.
And I understand that the control board is the same as before, but something must be missing.
If I were in your shoes I would start by complete redoing the repair.
Making sure that nothing was missed and everything is installed correctly.
If problems persists after that, then I would insure that the oven is getting the correct voltage and amps. Those little ovens usually pull around 20 amps to get to heat settings.
My bet is that either a cable is in the wrong spot on the control board or terminals, or for some reason the oven isn't getting enough amperage to hit temp.
Start by checking voltage at the plug, then voltage at the terminal block.
If your settings are correct and nothing is loose, then I would look at the amperage and voltage.
You could have bad heat bulbs, but it would be weird if they all went bad at once, unless there was some kind of electrical short that caused the oven to malfunction in the first place. In that scenario I could imagine that maybe all the bulbs went too.
My suggestions:
Triple check the repair work, make sure EVERYTHING connected correctly. If no results go to step 2.
Make sure the outlet is providing proper voltage and amperage (this is where I think the problem is, just a guess) If everything is good there, then step 3.
This is the one that I have and it was a bundle with my printer. It just quit heating. It comes on I went though steps to reset it and it didn’t work.
Without seeing a pic of the oven I have two ideas off the bat:
Most of these ovens are intended for 220v , so if you have it plugged into a 110 volt outlet without a step up converter then the oven won't get the amperage it needs to heat up. Are you using a step up converter from 110v to 220v? They can be found at home depot , walmart, amazon...etc.
These ovens have relays, maybe the relay is bad.
Send pics of your oven with a good description of what its doing in the form below, hopefully we can help.
I also STRONGLY suggest getting a "Step Up Power Converter" from 110-220 that can handle atleast 200 amps.

What curing oven do you have?
