When I first installed my printer an iuv600 , a Mutoh printer with an Epson DX5 printhead, it had some kind of printhead communication program that would somehow check the status of the printhead, sometimes it gave a waring about it not firing correctly. When we got new computers and we reinstalled everything, the program was noticeably quiet. Does this sound familiar to anyone with dx5 printheads? If you have or have access to the program in question, could it be shared? Thanks ant
